Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love the items you buy from us, however, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, particularly when trying to find the perfect fit for pregnancy and breastfeeding. To make your shopping experience with us a little easier, we offer free returns on all full priced items purchased within Australia, including items bought using our first purchase Welcome Code.

We are unable to offer free returns on items bought using any other discount codes or purchased during a sales event at a discounted price. You are welcome to send these items back for a refund at your own expense, unless they have been marked as final clearance. 

To arrange a return, please email us at hello@bloomberri.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll send you instructions for returning your order. We are unable to offer free returns to our international customers. If you have ordered from overseas, just email us for help with organising your return.

Please note the conditions on returns below:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• We are unable to offer free returns on sale items. Please email us for instructions on returning your sale item. 

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. The purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. 

Exchanges 

Please note, we cannot exchange your purchase for alternative sizes or styles. If you wish to swap sizes or buy other products, you will need to return your initial order for a refund and place a new order.
