Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love the items you buy from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.

Please fill in our returns slip and send it with your items to:

Please note the following conditions on returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (30 days for international customers)
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached
  • We are unable to offer exchanges and refunds on sale items
  • Exchanges are not available on international orders. We will process only a refund.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of shipping on return/ exchange items

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. 

Exchanges 

We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. If we don't have your preferred colour or size in stock, a refund will be offered instead. Please note, we cannot exchange your purchase for alternative styles. If you wish to buy other products, you will need to return your initial order for a refund and place a new order.

If you are returning your item as a result of our error (you received the incorrect size, style or faulty item), we will pay your return shipping costs. Get in touch with us at hello@bloomberri.com so we can organise this for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item as Bloomberri Activewear cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
