Returns and Exchanges

 

We hope you love the items you buy from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Please note the conditions on returns and exchanges below:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges and refunds on sale items.
  • Exchanges are not available on international orders. We will process only a refund.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of shipping on returns/ exchange items.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. 

Exchanges 

We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. If we don't have your preferred colour or size in stock, a refund will be offered instead. Please note, we cannot exchange your purchase for alternative styles. If you wish to buy other products, you will need to return your initial order for a refund and place a new order. We don't offer exchanges on international orders. A refund will be issued instead. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item as Bloomberri cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
