We use Australia Post to ship domestically and internationally from our warehouse in Adelaide. Orders are dispatched within one business day. Please allow additional time during sale periods.

Australian orders

Orders under $150.00 AUD: $10.00 standard shipping/ $12.00 express shipping
Orders $150.00 AUD and over: FREE standard shipping

Domestic delivery times (please note delivery times may be delayed):

Standard shipping: 2-7 business days.

Express shipping: 1-2 business days.

New Zealand orders

Orders under $300.00 AUD: $25.00 AUD standard shipping/ $30 express shipping
Orders $300.00 AUD and over: FREE standard shipping/ $20 express shipping

Other international orders

Orders under $300.00 AUD: $30.00 AUD standard shipping/ $40 express shipping
Orders $300.00 AUD and over: FREE standard shipping/ $30 express shipping

International delivery times: allow two to four weeks for standard delivery. Express shipping is delivered via FedEx.

Please be aware that packages being sent to countries outside of Australia may be subject to delays and additional customs import duties. These charges are payable by the customer.
